Gaspari Direct aim to despatch purchases on the same day as you order from our online store and can arrange saturday deliveries if required. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at Gaspari Direct's Online Store.

Shipping Info: Freight is charged at a flat rate of $8.00 and all track and trace data is available to you in your Gaspari Direct store account. We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Courier Post, NZ Post or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. Sometimes we offer FREE SHIPPING on certain products, this is to New Zealand only. For international orders: we will follow up with you shortly to determine the freight cost based on your delivery address. 1. Before returning any product please contact our customer services department by e-mail, use the contact form on the contact page.

2. Our Customer Service staff will assist you with your query and send you the appropriate returns form to include with your product being returned.

3. Using a good carton, return the package via insured Courier Post Mail or another Parcel Carrier of your choice.

Returns Policy: We are always looking to bring you the best products at awesome prices and in order for us to do this we try to keep all of our costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers. Because of this, we do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

Exchange Policy: We recognize that with some of our products it may be difficult to know if it is suitable for you due to sizing or colour issues and on that basis we may exchange such products for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) where possible. Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange. Please note products returned to us for an exchange must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item, also, due to copyright issues exchanges are not available on DVD’s, except where the product is deemed faulty.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Club Fitness ltd.. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or a refund you for the product.

Fair Trading Act 1986: The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
